I called Trusty to perform house washing and deck cleaning services. The services performed were detailed and the prices were affordable. I was overall very happy with the outcome and will call again in the future!
I hired Kyle and his team through U-Haul Moving Help. I had rented a 20' truck and a 2-person team for 2 hours, as U-Haul recommended for the size home I have. Well, after they viewed what needed to be packed, they promptly told me the truck wasn't big enough. They said they would pack what they could in the truck and worked with me to prioritize what would go and what would be shipped later. The communication was great. After some time on the phone with U-Haul, I found a 26' truck half an hour away. Kyle told me Ross, his teammate on my job, lived there. He and Ross worked to find another person in that area who could meet me at the U-Haul site and move everything from the small truck to the big one, and they packed the smaller truck expertly so I would have as little left as possible for later. Then I could take everything in one trip. I am moving my family's whole life across the country, and they made it so I wouldn't have to deal with packing a shipping box later, from a distance since I had to leave. All three guys were courteous, friendly, and efficient (though U-Haul underestimated the time and space needs). And Kyle and Ross bent over backward to ensure I could do this move. I can't thank Hoss Moving enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Cameron and Nick moved us in in record. They were very careful with all our possessions and negotiated a couch up two flights of narrow stairs. Friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks!
