We were extremely happy with Patricio of Alvarez Power washing. Not only was he knowledgeable about the green ‘stuff’ covering one side of our house, but he spent the time explaining how he would treat it as well as clean the rest of the stucco, siding and windows. Patricio came on time and was very precise with the washing. He sent detailed quotes with choices of work at different price points so we were able to select exactly what needed to be done with money we were willing to spend. His work was excellent. He took his time and spotted all the deeper dirty areas like around the windows and was able to get the whole house looking like new again. Patricio is a hardworking and honest person who takes pride in his work. We will only use him again in the future.
