Bought the $26 wash. Tried to sell the membership. Went through the wash. While cleaning the windows I notice that the Tire Shine had not been applied. Had to talk to 3 people before 'manager' told me the Tire Shine had been broken for 3 days. Strange they didn't mention that when they were trying to sell me the membership. Manager didn't offer any credit or refund. Good thing we have another car wash down the road to do business with.
The car wash is ok, definitely an overpriced membership for the quality but was worth it to me because it was convenient. This month they double charged me. I called customer support after a hour of the run around and a very rude attitude she finally admitted she saw the double charge and couldn’t issue me a refund or do anything about it other than cancel my membership. Spoke with my bank they said this has been a serious issue with this company the last couple of months and that they would handle it. The car wash is ok not great, workers at the wash are friendly but the customer service definitely falls well below standards. The experience is definitely not worth a double payment!!!!!
This is the best car wash in scottsbluff by far. I went there today and I went through the car wash and noticed after, that my car wasn’t completely clean. I pulled back around and Joseph at the spot where you pay took a look and said I could go through for a rewash for free, he was very kind! Now the two men working the wash had such great hospitality. David and Dayna I think were their names. Come to find out the leftover “dirt” was actually tar or something. Dayna pulled me to the side and scrubbed off all of the grime by hand and then sent me back through the wash. Don’t worry I tipped well😂 But my car is so clean and all of the employees here are so kind and I will probably never go to a different car wash other than them again.
