Very polite, professional, and hard working. Great work ethic! I have used them annually since 2021 to pressure wash house & garage and do the windows. They have done a great job consistently throughout the years. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely happy with the work they have done. I have had Drew as technician for 2 years now and Brett this year. They were efficient and very understanding when power went out on entire block right after they arrived, they started on window screens and indoor windows to give power a chance to come back on (no power = no well pump/water). Fortunately, power back up in 20 minutes and situation did not result in delay of job. In previous years, if there was a problem or any confusion, they have always acted quickly & professionally to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the completed project. They are always on time a or little early in their arrival, but let the customer know when they are on their way.
Had Moore Exteriors come out and pressure wash our drive-thru coffee shop. It's a white container building so we gotta keep it looking nice and crisp! Moore Exteriors worked around our schedule, they were communicative, prompt, and they worked quickly. The building and surrounding concrete look so nice now! We will definitely be using their services again!
We live in shady area and subsequently are experiencing moss on relatively new asphalt roof. Moore was contracted to eliminate this unsightly and potentially damaging problem.
