What an amazing experience at Minnesota Equipment! The gentlemen and lady that attended to me in Services were awesome. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I couldn’t have asked for more. They contacted Toro re: warranty and got my push mower repaired in less than 24 hours at no cost. I’ll be choosing ME before other dealers.
Extremely helpful staff. They spent time helping me come up with a solution to getting my Toro Wheel Horse working again. They also put my tractor under my account, so when I need future help, they will have the necessary information quickly.
Although I'd give John Deere mowers 5 stars, I will give the guys working there today 1 star. Not so much as a "Hi" or "Let me know if we can answer any questions." We were the only potential buyers in the store. Needless to say, we bought our John Deere mower at Lowes today.
