I had started with Mama Duck’s as a once off cleaning that my husband had purchased for me as a birthday present. After that I was hooked on having the house cleaned monthly as they get those areas of your house you may miss or are hard to reach! I had happened to come home while they were finishing up cleaning once and I saw one of their cleaners wiping clean the glass that encases my hanging lights above my island!! I have never in the two years of living here looked up at those and thought about cleaning them. They are thorough, sweet, and flexible to work with.
Closed on my house on Friday morning and found out it was extremely dirty. I called around to see if anyone had availability to clean it that day and Mama Ducks was able to fit me in their busy schedule and they said they could clean for 2 hours that day at 1:00pm. I was thrilled! They ended up staying for 4 hours which was even better. They will be coming back today to finish the rest and I’m very satisfied with what they were able to finish! The lady on the phone was very nice.
Tiffany did an awesome job! Our puppy sitter was delayed in getting to our house so our puppy had an accident and Tiffany reached out to us right away to make sure everything was okay and she cleaned everything up. That was going above and beyond and we appreciated it so much!
