My husband and I had just purchased our home and had an insurance adjuster coming out within a couple of days. The roof was only 5 years old, but covered in moss. After explaining the situation, Richard was able to fit us in in just 2 days! The team did an excellent job. We will definitely hire them again.
I gave Richard one star because I couldn't leave a review without at least one. When I called to have my house power washed, he got back to me in a day and quickly gave me a quote and a date for the work. However, on the day he was supposed to do the work, he texted me less than an hour before he was supposed to show up and asked if it would be a problem to reschedule. I said yes because I had moved my grill into the kitchen and didn't want to leave it there. He texted back the word "right" and that was it. He never answered my next text and he never showed. This is very poor customer service and I honestly believe he thought he could pull this because I'm a woman. I don't believe he would have last-minuted a guy like that.
