PPW was scheduled to clean my driveway, walkway and back patio along with a rock retaining wall. PPW gets one star for the work that was completed. The problem is that the areas surrounding the cleaned areas required me to pull out my pressure washer and clean up. Two hours later and I am still picking up rocks from the yard that were not part of the retaining wall. Why they would use a wand instead of a disk surface cleaner is beyond me. They cleaned what was asked of them but left everything else a mess.
Most of this job needs to be redone. The rear of the house still has green patches. Also the bottom edges of the vinyl pieces are black or green on the rear of the house. The soffits of the porch overhang were not washed at all. The front facing vinyl siding above the porch needs to be redone. The retaining wall needs to be redone except for the top surface. I am in the process of sending pictures for resolution of issues.
So many problems with this company. They caused big time damage to my property and don't even have the decency to call me back.
