Great location if you are hitting up a Patriots game at Gillette like we were or wanting to spend time at Patriots Place. It was also an easy drive to the Logan Express to fly out of Logan. The rooms are old-feeling, but functional. Great suite w two bedrooms, family room and kitchen. There is only one elevator so if you have anyone in your party that has difficulty walking and it breaks- that is an issue if you can’t stay on the 1st floor. (There were no rooms available on the first floor when we checked in.) There were a couple of housekeeping issues with the room but Michael and the rest of the staff rectified the situation quickly. Michael went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the courteous and attentive staff and breakfast each morning. The heated pool was nice too. Would stay here again!
I had a pleasant three nights spent here. I was given a bigger suite, which was really roomy. The rooms had a sufficient kitchenette, work desks, and were tidy and efficient. Breakfast was also delicious. There were no adjacent disruptions and the area was relatively tranquil. Although it's a little bit farther from Boston geographically, you may avoid the traffic if you plan ahead. Additionally, the staff was polite. Will suggest!
I had high hopes for this place but it failed to meet my expectations. The receptionist told us that they only had one room of our type available like we were just getting the last room. Right away that felt like a bad sign... I knew the room was going to be bad before I went in. Everything was worn down, including the mattress but we only were there for a night so whatever. The kitchen area looked fine and so did the sofa bed/couch. Plenty of space. Everything you need to cook on your own, even includes a dishwasher. Breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing as they only had turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and hot oatmeal.. And a couple waffle makers to make your own waffles which was cool plus the general muffins/bagels/ The other people staying there were kind of a mixed bag. There were definitely some sketchy looking characters around but nothing as bad as like a Motel 6 or something. It was also located in kind of a weird area right next to another hotel. It was sort of tucked away deep in the woods with a bunch of other businesses and not really near anything within walking distance.
