I am very glad I hired Carlos to power wash my home. He provided a very reasonable estimate and worked my home into his schedule within the timeframe that I wanted the work done. He demonstrated great professionalism and customer service inspecting my home’s exterior and testing a portion of it to determine if his service was appropriate to my needs. Ultimately, it was not, and he took the time to explain to me why it would not achieve my desired end-state. Now I know more about my home and what needs to be done moving forward. I also know that Carlos cares more about the quality of his work and the client’s needs than making a sale. He’s earned my trust and the next time I have a power washing job I will call him.
