Calvin was so very understanding and accommodating when our mom passed. He thoroughly cleaned her home on short notice so we could sell. The house was immaculate! Calvin even personally worked beyond regular hours to make sure the job was done on time and of high quality. The amount charged was very reasonable! Customer service is dead, or so I thought. My mother passed on July 3, and we were in need of someone to deep clean the house and prepare it for sale. Calvin offered a very reasonable rate and definitely exceeded expectations. He deep cleaned and sanitized the entire house and the house sold before it even hit the market. Calvin is a true icon for customer service. He was very professional, responded quickly, and treated us like we were family. He was very sympathetic regarding our situation and worked our request in to his already busy week. We would recommend him to anyone! We will continue to use him for needed services that come up.
We had hired Calvin toward the start of the pandemic for regularly scheduled home cleaning. Unfortunately, services have gone downhill. Attention to detail is lacking - we found dust bunnies in room corners and shower walls uncleaned many times. Also, communication is awful. Sure things happen which cause rescheduling to happen, but Calvin and his team did not communicate in advance and left me wondering if they would show on more than 2 occasions this year, which is extremely unprofessional and discourteous. He constantly called us VIP but then didn't bat an eye when I told him we wished to discontinue. I do not recommend his services due to his unprofessionalism.
