I cannot say enough good things about working with Fernando. He was immediately and consistently responsive, and quickly scheduled a time to assess our project - a 2-story home, 4-car garage, front concrete walkway, backyard brick pathway and large brick patio, all in dire need of a good cleaning. The north side of the house had many algae spots, to the point where another service provider quoted they might not be able to remove them. That same bidder also said they'd need to erect scaffolding and take 8 hours to wash everything. Fernando came in with confidence that he could get the job done in about 4 hours, and even threw in washing some wooden stairs from the house to the patio. His bid was half that of the next closest bidder, and another service was going to charge 10x as much for the brick patio alone. Fernando was far and away the best choice, in price, professionalism, demeanor, and flexibility in scheduling. He did such a great job on our property, the neighbors took down his number, as they watched him work. Start to finish, he and Dan were done in 4 1/2 hours, and it was a big job. He walked us around the house afterwards, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Those algae spots were all gone. Everything looked fantastic. We gave him a healthy tip for the amazing job he did. Highly recommend this business. We'll be working with Fernando again.
