I highly recommend Lance of Pretzel Power Washing. He’s incredibly hard working, reliable and meticulous...plus, he’s just a nice guy overall. I have landscape lighting everywhere, and he was so careful with dragging the hoses around my whole yard. I truly appreciate that because I’ve had past laborers damage them just by being careless. As for power cleaning the whole house (siding, even mold on roof), he did a fantastic job. My siding was brought back to life with his oxidation treatment. It’s well worth the extra money. He tripled checked all of his work and took the time to put extra coats on where needed.
