Can't say enough good things about this company and their employees! They have done several commercial buildings for us and pay close attention to detail. On our most recent wash, the employee noticed the washing wasn't improving the dingy look to parts of our metal building due to it being faded by the sun. Instead of continuing on, he had us look at it and decide if we want him to continue because he didn't want us to spend money on a wash and not get the results we were expecting. CPS is honest and hardworking and we will continue to be repeat customers.
Had our roof soft washed because of mold on the North side. These guys did an awesome job. Roof looks like new. Great people to deal with.
