I believe Phillip is a man of integrity, but I cannot say the same for his crew. When I first met with him for a quote, he was very thorough about what needed to be done and what Putnam Pro would do. He was the highest quote, but I chose him because I believed he/his crew would do the job as described. Two parts of the job were to caulk and stain exterior. I was told his crew would apply two coats of stain, but in some places, not even one coat was applied. Similarly, the caulking was not done until I pointed out to him that his crew was not doing it – I was told they would apply the caulk after the first stain and before the second stain, but this was not the case which made me wonder if they even applied a second coat in some places.
