Confirmed a 9:30 appointment for today. Weather wasn't ideal. No communication about rescheduling due to weather. Charged my card on September 30th before the service was even done. Saw my Facebook messenger conversation, but a very delayed response. Asked for a refund, still waiting to hear back. Poor customer service.
Absolutely amazing service! I hate going to the drive through car washes because I always end up with swirls in the paint and quite frankly my car just isn’t clean afterwards. Flawless goes the EXTRA mile, there is not a bug or even the slightest piece of dirt left on or in my car when Brandon is done!
