The best hands down. Troy and Jake are great men and do a wonderful job.
Troy called us on a Wednesday to fix a window they had broke while cleaning it. We went to the property on Friday to get measurements. We didn't have the glass required, so I let the owner of business know that we would be out the following week after we order correct glass. We got our glass delivered on that following Tuesday (which I paid extra to rush). We went out the very next day (Wednesday) to fix the window. Once window was fixed, Troy thanked me and was happy. He told me to send invoice to office and they would take care of payment right away. We sent invoice on Friday and didn't hear anything. I contacted Troy on Saturday to make sure they did receive invoice. His exact words (CASSANDRA WILL TAKE CARE OF IT THIS WEEKEND) I sent our zelle info. Monday came and still nothing. I contacted Troy and he got upset, telling me that I was hard up for money. He said they have a way that they pay vendors and I would receive a check because they don't pay by Zelle or Venmo. He sent me a ton of text messages insulting me and my company (I HAVE ALL TEXT MESSAGES) He then gave me a bad review, which I didn't understand because I did him a favor and got it done in a few business days. Then he was happy that we got it done so quickly. He said we demanded payment (FALSE, AND I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES). He totally did a 180 after I asked him for payment. Anyway, the following Saturday we got a call from the office asking for our ZELLE information. We did get paid but had to take abuse before collecting payment.
This companies owner and workers, speak volumes to excels in Job Well done! From the windows to the walkways, literally I could eat off of them they are so clean. They are reasonable priced, the quality of work is unmatched. I received my service promptly and they were there a few minutes early. The customer service is excellent! I can not say enough about my experience, except if you have not used them, you are truly missing out!
