Hot springs power wash is a great company! I asked for a house wash and it was done in a timely manner and for a very fair price! Being privately owned James took extra time to make sure the finest details were perfect, and would even tell me if something needed to be fixed and offered to fix it! Great company! recommend to anyone looking for a decently priced wash!
I am the owner of a local, reputable, general contracting company. I recently hired James at Hot Springs Pressure Washing to clean some oil spots off of a driveway. I made the mistake of allowing James to talk me into paying him up front. (Shady, right ) James put the minimum effort into his work. Upon seeing the outcome of his work, I had two other reputable pressure washing companies over to assess whether or not they could produce a better end result. Both companies assured me that they could, indeed, get the stains out. I contacted James and made him aware of the problem and asked him to come back to resolve the issue. He was rude, aggressive, defensive, yelling and abusive before he chose to hang up on me. I hired one of the other companies and they were able to remove the stains with very little additional effort for a reasonable price. I will be taking James to small claims court on Monday to recover this amount. (Out of principle)I hire sub-contractors everyday and have for 25 years. I can honestly say that I have never run into a sub-contractor with a worse attitude, who has done this poor of a job and had such a disregard for customer service in the end. If you hire James after reading this, you deserve whatever you get. There are two other local companies who will both provide a well mannered and honest job for you. Good luck James. When you run a Google ad you should make sure you are amicable and do good work because there are these things called reviews. *$%# YOU
