I spent $4.50 using my credit card later in the day I checked my purchases and by God waterworks had a $9.50 charge I was very careful to make sure to hit the stop button and verified the timer stopped and the charge stated $4.50 BE CAREFUL they overcharge using your credit instead of cash so I RECOMMEND to use cash only BUYER BEWARE! >>>>>The management got in touch with me within the hour of posting and explained to me they place a hold of $9.95 until the end of the day then the actual total of usage is applied that was excellent fast response and solution! The actual wash service was excellent so back to love joy peace and happiness Thank You Water Works Car Wash!
