I'm putting on a new roof and wanted to use as many old tiles as possible to match the new clay tiles. Called Santa Barbara Soft Wash to get a quote and make an appointment. Estimate was reasonable compared to what I would spend on new tiles. Like everyone has mentioned, Zach is a total pro and really appreciate his attention to detail...covered plants where he needed to and brought these cushion platforms to make sure he wouldn't break any tiles on the roof. See before and after photos of my project for results. Would highly recommend.
Zach did a great job cleaning my dirty roof (for home insurance policy issues). It looks almost brand new and it is 19 years old. Gentle wash that doesn't lift or harm asphalt tiles. He is a really hard worker and a perfectionist. I can't recommend the service enough!
