Before I hired this company, I got several quotes. I went this with cheapest quote because I didn’t feel that I needed cleaning the roof. My insurance company canceled renewal because of the BS pictures that they use from Google, claiming that I have moss on the roof. As you can see on attached pictures, there was some algae and this company clean them up pretty nicely.
The services these guys provided was amazing!!! They were able to complete a job in 2 hours that took me 2 weeks to complete. I’ll definitely be hitting these guys for all future projects.
⚠️ WARNING. ASP has Lack of experience when it comes to concrete. They practice No call No show many times. Untrained workers. Damaged property. Landscape plan not followed. Two day job has taken over a month and Cory still doesn't show to complete job . Bill statement reflects inaccurate cost information that Cory adds to bill. Left property in dangerous condition. My grand children can't even play on the patio because of its hazardous condition it's been left in. Cory is a nice man but the way his workmanship is the problem. After customers raise concerns he just disappears. Or finally contacts the home owner when he is good and ready. Please Cory change your business practice. We are Proud to hire a Black owned company so please keep standards high. Photo shows how he left my concrete patio. Part #2 We were NEVER very pleased with your work as you suggested below stop making stuff up. I told you right away we were watching your workers on camera. And that you applied the wrong sealer and you didn't follow industry standards when strippng, clean up or sealing application. in writing. Others are willing to write reviews like neighbors, friends, Family and other professionals who have seen your lack of knowledge when it comes to concrete sealing. And what professionals do you want me to follow show me the certifications of anyone you had . The people see the posted photos and that's worth a thousand words. You want to be a professional perform like one. Our cameras caught you only putting one coat of new sealer over old sealer and charging us for 3 coats and half stepping the job. You didn't accept when we fired you the first time. But we accept your termination now with pleasure. .
