Their Rep, Russ, stopped by my house to talk about their services. He was very polite, explained their services and gave me a quote. Two days later they came and “soft washed” my house. They explained what they were doing and why. After they completed the work we walked around to see if I had any questions and be sure I was satisfied with their work.
